Which one is eating your evenings?
Pick it, and we show you that piece of the real product, in your browser. Nothing to download, nothing to sign up for.
Every door marked live runs the product's own code. Where a piece is still a walkthrough, it says so.
Demo · Intake
Live: the product's own codeFill in the real intake. Then bring the form you already use.
The form a family gets, in demo mode, on a phone. Nothing you type is saved. Underneath it, paste the questions from your own Google Form or Word document and watch the builder read them.
- The exact intake families see, in demo mode
- Your own questions, parsed by the builder's code
- Nothing saved, nothing sent
Fill In the Real Intake
Not a mock-up. This is the form a family gets, running in demo mode.
The real form, in demo mode. Nothing you type is saved or sent. Open full screen
Bring the Form You Already Use
Paste the questions from your Google Form or Word document. The builder turns them into pages and questions, live, with the same code it runs in the app.
A line ending in a colon becomes a page. Numbered lines become questions. “(yes/no)” becomes a Yes/No. A trailing asterisk marks it required. “Options: a, b, c” on the question line becomes a pick-one.
What the builder makes of it
Page 1: Child and family
- Child's name *Short answer
- Date of birth *Short answer
- Who lives at home with the child?Short answer
Page 2: Speech and language
- What concerns you most about the child's speech? *Short answer
- Has the child had a hearing test? *Yes / No
- Languages spoken at home *Short answer
- How clear is the child's speech?Pick one
Page 3: History
- Any ear infections or tubes?Short answer
- Has the child had speech therapy before?Yes / No
3 pages, 9 questions. Same code the builder runs. In the app you then edit anything.
Open it full screen on your own phone if you like. Nothing you type is stored.
The Problem
The Empty Intake on Eval Day
An empty intake on eval day costs the same as a no-show: an hour booked, nothing to plan from.
The parent's description is a hypothesis. You want the form to tell you what to bring.
Chasing it is unpaid, and it is you doing the chasing.
If the intake is not back 48 hours before, the family hears from us, not you.
What an Unreturned Intake Costs
- Minutes taking the case history in the eval hour instead
- 0 min
- Minutes chasing the form by text and email
- 0 min
- Evaluations a month
- 0
- Minutes a month, unpaid
- 0 min
Estimates, on purpose conservative, from how SLPs describe it on r/slp. The pattern is the point: the intake is done before the visit or done during it.
The Day After
You Walk In Already Knowing
The packet goes out when you approve the booking. It comes back signed, on their phone, before visit one.
Today
- A PDF emailed, printed, photographed back
- Consent forms signed in the waiting room
- The case history taken in the eval hour
- Reminders you send yourself
With Vochella
- Intake and consent signed on their phone before visit one
- Not back two days out? Vochella sends the reminder
- Today tells you the morning of: intake in, or not
- Your own form, pasted in, edited in the builder

The Other Five
What an Account Adds
One Login, One Bill, the Whole Practice
The demos are pieces. The account is the loop: booking to intake to session to note to invoice to homework, on one caseload.
A public booking page, reminders included
Request or instant booking, your policy agreed at booking, email reminders at 24 hours and 1 hour.
Intake and consent, signed on their phone
The packet goes out when you approve the booking. Not back in time? The reminder is sent for you.
Notes written from your taps
The objective line from the session, your words dictated or typed quietly. Sign it and it is the record.
Superbills, invoices, and one ledger
CPT and ICD-10 inherited, e-transfer and cash recorded, families download issued superbills themselves.
Home practice that families never pay for
Assigned from the client's goals. Answers on your chart, recordings for your ear.
Free white-glove migration
Send us your list, your fees, and your forms. Nothing changes for your clients until you say so.

Straight Answers
What You Would Ask on r/slp
I will not narrate a child's performance in front of the child.
You never have to. Taps are silent, the objective line is built from them, and dictation is optional. Type quietly, or say nothing until the room is empty.
My families will not install anything.
The practice link opens in a browser with no login. The native app is there for families who want it; the first practice never depends on it.
I have thirty years of my own forms.
Paste them in and the builder reads them. For the rest, send us what you have and we adapt it by hand. Your forms, not ours.
I only want billing right now.
Start with one piece. Invoices and e-transfer receipts stand on their own. Nothing changes for your clients until you say so, and we go at your pace.
Is it HIPAA and PHIPA compliant?
Built to HIPAA, PHIPA, and PIPEDA requirements. Encrypted in transit and at rest, PHI access written to an append-only log, a BAA signed with every paid plan, and dictation audio deleted from the transcription service before your text comes back.
Read the security postureIs $129 a lot next to the $20 apps?
It is one bill instead of five, and less than one private session a month. The $20 apps have no booking page, no intake, and no billing. Owners pay it from the practice, not the pocket.

Start free, and start with this piece. Add the rest at your pace, or never. Nothing changes for your clients until you say so.

Questions SLPs Ask
- Is this really the product?
- Every door marked live runs the same code the app runs. The booking and billing doors are walkthroughs on the product's screens until their live demos land, and each one says which it is.
- Does anything I type here get saved?
- No. The session, the intake, and the importer live in your browser. If you pick a door, we count the pick, and nothing else.
- When do I start paying?
- When you publish your booking page. Building it and previewing it is free. Unpublishing is never blocked.
- What happens to my data if I leave?
- Export your whole caseload anytime. Month to month, no notice period, and nothing is deleted the day you cancel.
