Frequently Asked Questions
A goal has hardly any data in the range.
The report shows the data-point count next to the trend, so a trend built on two sessions reads as exactly that. Nothing is smoothed over.
I do not like the drafted paragraph.
Delete it and write your own. It exists to save you the blank page, not to speak for you, and the PDF labels it as a draft until you replace it.
The family should see it but the school should not.
Sharing is per target. Toggle the family on and the report appears in their portal; the school gets a PDF only when you send one.

- Sending reports unsigned. Sharing is gated on your signature, full stop.
- Editing a signed report. Sign, and it is fixed; generate a fresh one when things change.
- IEP export from the web portal. That lives in the phone app today.
- Clinical judgement. The numbers and the trend label are computed; what they mean for this client is your paragraph.

- How is the trend decided?
- Start accuracy against current accuracy over the range. Five or more points up is improving, five or more down is declining, anything in between is stable.
- Where does the summary paragraph come from?
- It is drafted from the per-goal numbers on the report and labelled as a draft in the PDF. You rewrite it in your own words or delete it.
- Can I make a report for the insurer?
- Yes. Export the signed report as a PDF and mark the insurer as the share target so the record shows it went out.
- What about the whole client record?
- A full client record PDF is available for transfers and requests, and a caseload export gives you every client, goal, session, trial, note, and report as a spreadsheet.
