Which one is eating your evenings?
Pick it, and we show you that piece of the real product, in your browser. Nothing to download, nothing to sign up for.
Every door marked live runs the product's own code. Where a piece is still a walkthrough, it says so.
Demo · Booking and no-shows
Walkthrough: the product's screensWatch a booking land. Then watch the policy do the talking.
The booking page, the reminder, and the no-show, step by step, on the product's own screens. This door is a walkthrough, not a live demo yet; a booking page you can tap is next on the list.
- Request mode: you approve before a slot is committed
- Reminders at 24 hours and 1 hour, with Confirm
- A cancelled slot goes to the waitlist, not to you

Publish Your Page
Services, hours, locations. Share the link or paste one script tag into your own site.
- New families land in request mode: you approve before a slot is committed
- Returning families can book instantly, overridable per service
- Embed inline, as a button, or as a floating badge
Tap a step or let it play. The screens are the product's; the family is made up.
The Problem
The 3 p.m. No-Show
A parent wants Tuesdays, but not this Tuesday. Two days of email later, the slot is gone.
Then the no-show. It costs you three times: the session, the prep, and the waitlisted family who wanted it.
You have a policy. It is in a PDF somewhere. The one family who needs it never signed it.
Reminders do not fix attendance. A signed policy, a card on file, and a full waitlist do.
What a Sick Month Costs
- Sessions on the calendar this week
- 0
- Cancelled or missed, at the 25% SLPs report for winter
- 0
- Your rate per session
- $0
- Gone from your pay, this week
- $0
25 to 30 percent is what SLPs on r/slp report for the sick months. $95 is the income calculator's default rate. Your numbers will differ; the arithmetic will not.
The Day After
The Calendar Fills Without You in It
Families see real openings, book, and confirm from the reminder. The ones who miss already agreed to the fee.
Today
- Times traded by email over three days
- Reminders you send yourself, if you remember
- A cancellation policy nobody signed
- A fee you have to ask for in person, and usually do not
With Vochella
- A booking page, or the embed on your own site, showing real openings
- Reminders at 24 hours and 1 hour, with Confirm and Join buttons
- Your policy agreed at booking, a card on file if you require one
- Mark the no-show, charge the fee, capped at the booked price

The Other Five
What an Account Adds
One Login, One Bill, the Whole Practice
The demos are pieces. The account is the loop: booking to intake to session to note to invoice to homework, on one caseload.
A public booking page, reminders included
Request or instant booking, your policy agreed at booking, email reminders at 24 hours and 1 hour.
Intake and consent, signed on their phone
The packet goes out when you approve the booking. Not back in time? The reminder is sent for you.
Notes written from your taps
The objective line from the session, your words dictated or typed quietly. Sign it and it is the record.
Superbills, invoices, and one ledger
CPT and ICD-10 inherited, e-transfer and cash recorded, families download issued superbills themselves.
Home practice that families never pay for
Assigned from the client's goals. Answers on your chart, recordings for your ear.
Free white-glove migration

Straight Answers
What You Would Ask on r/slp
I will not narrate a child's performance in front of the child.
You never have to. Taps are silent, the objective line is built from them, and dictation is optional. Type quietly, or say nothing until the room is empty.
My families will not install anything.
The practice link opens in a browser with no login. The native app is there for families who want it; the first practice never depends on it.
I have thirty years of my own forms.
Paste them in and the builder reads them. For the rest, send us what you have and we adapt it by hand. Your forms, not ours.
I only want billing right now.
Start with one piece. Invoices and e-transfer receipts stand on their own. Nothing changes for your clients until you say so, and we go at your pace.
Is it HIPAA and PHIPA compliant?
Built to HIPAA, PHIPA, and PIPEDA requirements. Encrypted in transit and at rest, PHI access written to an append-only log, a BAA signed with every paid plan, and dictation audio deleted from the transcription service before your text comes back.
Read the security postureIs $129 a lot next to the $20 apps?
It is one bill instead of five, and less than one private session a month. The $20 apps have no booking page, no intake, and no billing. Owners pay it from the practice, not the pocket.

Questions SLPs Ask
- Is this really the product?
- Every door marked live runs the same code the app runs. The booking and billing doors are walkthroughs on the product's screens until their live demos land, and each one says which it is.
- Does anything I type here get saved?
- No. The session, the intake, and the importer live in your browser. If you pick a door, we count the pick, and nothing else.
- When do I start paying?
- When you publish your booking page. Building it and previewing it is free. Unpublishing is never blocked.
- What happens to my data if I leave?
- Export your whole caseload anytime. Month to month, no notice period, and nothing is deleted the day you cancel.
