Which one is eating your evenings?
Pick it, and we show you that piece of the real product, in your browser. Nothing to download, nothing to sign up for.
Every door marked live runs the product's own code. Where a piece is still a walkthrough, it says so.
Demo · Notes
Live: the product's own codeRun a 30-second session. Read the note it wrote.
This runs the same measurement engine as the product. Tap through a few trials and watch the objective line fill in from your taps. Your typing: zero.
- Tap correct or try again as you would in the room
- Pick a cue level and it rides along with the tap
- End the session and copy the note it wrote
Pick a goal type. The buttons change to match, so does the note. These are starting points: your goals use your words.
Session
0:00No trials yet
Tap Correct a few times, like you would mid-game.
Scratchpad
The note, writing itself
Subjective
1-minute treatment session. Client engaged in goal-targeted activities.
Objective
Your first tap starts the note.
Building the chart as you go
Demo data stays in your browser. Nothing is recorded.
End the session, then copy the note. Nothing here is saved.
The Problem
The Note at 9pm
Ten clients a day. Five minutes a note. Most of an hour, every evening, unpaid.
The tally sheet says 14 of 20. The note wants a sentence. You write the sentence at 9pm.
Insurance does not pay for the note. Neither does anyone else.
The only good SOAP note is a finished one.
What Notes Cost a Week
- Sessions a day
- 0
- Minutes a note, typed from the tally sheet
- 0 min
- Evenings a week

- Minutes of notes a week, after hours

Five minutes a note and ten sessions a day are what SLPs on r/slp describe for outpatient peds. Your numbers will differ; the arithmetic will not.
The Day After
The Note Is Done When the Session Is
Every tap is already a number. The note is written from them, and you sign it before the next family walks in.
Today
- Tally marks on a post-it, transcribed at night
- A note template you retype for every client
- Cue levels you estimate at the end
- The parent asks how it went; you summarise from memory
With Vochella
- Taps become the objective line as you go
- Your words, dictated or typed quietly in the room
- Cued and independent counts split on their own
- A parent slip written from the same taps

What an Account Adds
One Login, One Bill, the Whole Practice
The demos are pieces. The account is the loop: booking to intake to session to note to invoice to homework, on one caseload.
A public booking page, reminders included
Request or instant booking, your policy agreed at booking, email reminders at 24 hours and 1 hour.
Intake and consent, signed on their phone
The packet goes out when you approve the booking. Not back in time? The reminder is sent for you.
Notes written from your taps
The objective line from the session, your words dictated or typed quietly. Sign it and it is the record.
Superbills, invoices, and one ledger
CPT and ICD-10 inherited, e-transfer and cash recorded, families download issued superbills themselves.
Home practice that families never pay for
Assigned from the client's goals. Answers on your chart, recordings for your ear.
Free white-glove migration
Send us your list, your fees, and your forms. Nothing changes for your clients until you say so.

Straight Answers
What You Would Ask on r/slp
I will not narrate a child's performance in front of the child.
You never have to. Taps are silent, the objective line is built from them, and dictation is optional. Type quietly, or say nothing until the room is empty.
My families will not install anything.
The practice link opens in a browser with no login. The native app is there for families who want it; the first practice never depends on it.
I have thirty years of my own forms.
Paste them in and the builder reads them. For the rest, send us what you have and we adapt it by hand. Your forms, not ours.
I only want billing right now.
Start with one piece. Invoices and e-transfer receipts stand on their own. Nothing changes for your clients until you say so, and we go at your pace.
Is it HIPAA and PHIPA compliant?
Built to HIPAA, PHIPA, and PIPEDA requirements. Encrypted in transit and at rest, PHI access written to an append-only log, a BAA signed with every paid plan, and dictation audio deleted from the transcription service before your text comes back.
Read the security postureIs $129 a lot next to the $20 apps?
It is one bill instead of five, and less than one private session a month. The $20 apps have no booking page, no intake, and no billing. Owners pay it from the practice, not the pocket.

Questions SLPs Ask
- Is this really the product?
- Every door marked live runs the same code the app runs. The booking and billing doors are walkthroughs on the product's screens until their live demos land, and each one says which it is.
- Does anything I type here get saved?
- No. The session, the intake, and the importer live in your browser. If you pick a door, we count the pick, and nothing else.
- When do I start paying?
- When you publish your booking page. Building it and previewing it is free. Unpublishing is never blocked.
- What happens to my data if I leave?
- Export your whole caseload anytime. Month to month, no notice period, and nothing is deleted the day you cancel.
