Your calendar doesn't know you drive. Vochella does.
Notes signed before the engine starts.

Where are you?
So we can check which day we are in your neighbourhood
Just the postal code, no street address needed yet.
A family opened your booking page. A home visit, so it asked where they are: a postal code, nothing more.
The problem
Every mobile SLP works three unpaid jobs
The therapy pays. Everything around it doesn't.
JOB 1
Dispatcher
Every night on the phone, holding tomorrow together.
An hour of phone tag, most nights.
JOB 2
Driver
The minutes between houses add up faster than the sessions do.
An hour behind the wheel, unpaid, most days.
JOB 3
Scribe
Notes that don't happen in the driveway happen at 9pm.
The last note closes near 10.
Vochella takes all three.
Scheduling that thinks in neighborhoods
Zone days, without the Tetris
Draw your zones once. Your booking page only offers families times on the day their zone is already on your route.
New clients land clustered, by default.
- ✓Your booking page only offers a family days you are already in their area.
- ✓Beyond your areas, families are offered video or the waitlist, never a silent no.
- ✓Anchor stops and open slots that fill from the same street are the next step. CONCEPT
Riverside zone
Monday route · 6 visits
ZIP codes in this zone
Covers 4 ZIP codes and 7 of your 19 clients
You draw the area and tap the days. The ZIP codes come off the map, not off a list you type.
The number the day runs on
Minutes between doors
Five minutes between visits, the day sings. Twenty, and it quietly falls apart.
So every booking shows its cost in drive minutes, before you accept it.
- ✓One far visit costs the time of two close ones. The calendar says so.
- ✓Your drive total sits next to your session total, where it belongs.
Nobody drives to a dark house
Confirm, or you don't drive
A home-visit no-show costs the fee, the drive, and the family two streets over who wanted the slot.
So every visit gets confirmed the night before, or handled by morning.
- ✓The night before, the family gets one email from your practice with one button.
- ✓No tap by your morning cutoff, the visit is flagged on Today with a call button.
- ✓Flagged slots offered to the waitlist or flipped to video are the next step. CONCEPT
Can you make it tomorrow?
Riverside Speech has you down for Monday at 3:15 pm. One tap confirms.
Point-of-service, for real
The note is done in the driveway
Every trial is one tap. Tap End, and the SOAP draft is built from what you logged.
Add your words, dictated or typed quietly. Sign. Drive.
- ✓Ten notes a night is most of an hour. Yours again.
- ✓Ending a session files the appointment and saves the goal data. Nothing left open.

The visit doesn't end when you pull away
In-home therapy works because the family is in the room. It stalls when nothing happens between visits.
TUESDAY, 3:40 PM
Assign before you leave
Pick the week's home practice while you're still in the room. It's on the family's phone before you've left the street.
WEDNESDAY TO MONDAY
The family carries the week
A few playable minutes a day, inside routines they already have. Recordings queue for your ear, not for a score.
NEXT TUESDAY, 3:00 PM
Walk in already knowing
You've seen what got practiced and heard how it sounded. The session starts where the week left off.
Why it matters
The math of a mobile day
20 min between doors × 6 visits
= 100 unpaid minutes
Loose routes tax every single day. No calendar shows the tax.
Cut it to 8 minutes
= room for another session
Same caseload, same car, one more family seen.
One visit 40 minutes out
= the time of two close ones
Priced before you accept it. Far clients become telehealth clients, not quiet losses.
The whole system
Everything the road takes, handed back
$129 / month
Less than one in-home session a month.
Do families need to install anything?
Home practice lives in the Vochella family app or on the web. Confirmations are one email from your practice with one button to tap.
What about clients outside my radius?
Your booking page offers them a video visit or the waitlist, and says why. Nobody gets a silent no. Travel fees are on the roadmap.
I split my week between homes, a daycare, and a school. Does this fit?
Yes. A daycare is just a zone with eight kids at one address, which is the best zone there is.
Is this only for full-time mobile practices?
No. Zones and drive budgets only touch the days you're on the road.
